The Matthew Ryan Curley Wilderness Medicine Fund Scholarship was established in the fall of 2011 to honor the memory of Matt Curley, MD, a resident in emergency medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center.

-The MRCWMF Scholarship will be awarded to one EM resident yearly and will provide $1000.00 toward travel expenses, free registration and the option to give a lecture at a Wilderness Medical Society National Conference.

-All US EM residents who have the support of their program director are eligible to apply.
-Completed applications include the application form, Curriculum Vitae, two letters of recommendation  (one from the PD) and personal statement.
